If you see “Sorry, unable to open the file at present”, your browser is
probably signed in to more than one Google account. Tap Open in Safe mode below.
It opens OMS without your Google accounts, so you will need to sign in to OMS each visit.
Other options:
Open an Incognito / private tab and go to oms-genesis.digcentrix.com.
Sign out of your other Google accounts in this browser, then try again.
Use a separate Chrome profile with only one Google account for OMS.
If you opened the link inside WhatsApp or another app, open it in Chrome instead.
